I ordered a necklace from Jennifer Miller Jewelry, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. The material feels solid in a way that makes me feel like I didn’t waste my money, which is what I worry about most when buying jewelry online. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, and the finish still looks clean even after I’ve worn it quite a bit.
I’ve had pieces in the past start looking dull way too quickly, so I’m always a little nervous about losing out on quality for the price. This one has held up nicely, though, and the clasp and chain both feel sturdy. For what I paid, I feel like I got something that’s actually worth keeping.

I found a few really nice pieces on Jennifer Miller Jewelry, and overall the site was easy enough to look through. some of the jewelry definitely caught my eye, and it didn’t feel hard to browse around.

My only real issue was the pricing. a few items weren’t totally clear until I clicked around more, and I wish sale prices or any extra costs were shown more upfront. Not a bad experience at all, just wish it was a bit more Transparent.

The shipping was totally fine, and the packaging was okay, nothing fancy but not bad. I just wish there had been a clearer note about the fit, because I probably would’ve sized up

I ordered a necklace i’m happy with it. Compared to a lot of jewelry I’ve seen around this price, it feels much more solid and the stones actually look clean instead of cheap or cloudy. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because the clasp is a little small for me and kind of fiddly. Other than that, it’s really nice and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a necklace from Jennifer Miller, it was darn close to the pictures online. The size and color were what I expected, though the color might be just a tiny bit lighter in person, nothing dramatic, not like it turned into a totally different necklace or anything. The packaging was perfectly fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because I thought the chain would have a little more weight to it, but overall, it matched what I ordered well.

I’ve emailed customer service twice now and still haven’t gotten any kind of reply!!! It’s really frustrating when you’re just trying to get help and no one gets back to you!!!
